Currently, he is the director of the cultural project “Café Silverio”, which operated between 2014 and 2016 in a venue on the legendary Rosario Street in Seville. The project achieved great artistic and commercial success, collaborating with many of the most active flamenco artists of the time. With the same artistic and cultural vision, he has produced several flamenco series, including “Coviderías” at the renowned "Carbonería" in Seville in 2020, “Aljarafe Flamenco” and “Flamencos de Raza” in well-known venues across the city in 2023. Between May and June 2024, he relaunched “Café Silverio” as a cultural series at the historic “Mariscal” tavern in the Santa Cruz neighborhood of Seville. Most recently, between September and October of 2025, in collaboration with the FormArte Flamenco school in Seville, Juan created a dance series dedicated to emerging talent, called “Chavalerías”, in which a selection of young promising artists who are gifted with extraordinary talent and potential, share the stage with great masters in deeply moving experiences for both artists and audiences alike. Since then, the project has continued to evolve as a traveling flamenco initiative.
